More than 1,000 participants are expected to attend the 10th edition of the International Beirut Energy Forum 2019 that will be held at Le Royal Hotel- Dbayeh, Lebanon from Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 September 2019. The IBEF 2019 will be preceded with two days of pre-events planned on 23 and 24 September 2019.
